Do you only install new windows & doors?
Not at all! In addition to installing new windows, doors, patio doors, bi-fold doors & French doors - we also replace sealed units, faulty locks, hinges, and handles.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No, we take a nominal deposit - the rest you can pay on the day of installation.
How can I pay?
We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards (including American Express), Bank Transfers, and can even offer a payment plan— just ask us for details during our visit.
What if I have an issue after installation?
No worries! We use only premium-quality windows & doors - all installed expertly - but in the unlikely event something goes wrong, we’ll be straight back to sort it out. Plus, for replacement glass sealed units, they come with a 10-year ‘no quibble’ guarantee for extra peace of mind.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you have a legal 7-day cancellation period from the date you place your order. You can cancel at any time during this period. After that, you’ll be liable for the full amount. Don’t worry—we’ll go through your legal rights when we visit.
How far do you travel?
We’re based in South Northamptonshire and cover all of Northamptonshire, North Buckinghamshire, and East Oxfordshire.
What happens on the day of installation?
We’ll confirm a time window for our arrival. Please make sure someone is home to let us in and process payment. If possible, clear window sills or any obstacles in our workspace.
We always wear protective boot covers to keep your carpets clean, but since we work with glass, we must also wear safety boots and PPE. Our team works quickly and efficiently to minimize any disruption to your day.
Will you leave a mess?
Not at all! We tidy up thoroughly, removing all waste and leaving your space looking polished and pristine—just like we were never there.
In addition, we use disposable dust sheets to stop transference of potential allergenics from one home to another.
